Hello everyone, my name is Parin Makwana, and I completed a BSc Computer Science from the Rollwala Department at Gujarat University.
Currently, I am a student of M.Sc.IT First year.
Why I Am Suitable for This Role…
Event Planning and Management: I have practical experience in organizing events, from the initial idea to the final execution.
Leadership and Collaboration: I can lead events, organise them well, and work effectively with team members to achieve the shared goals.
Marketing and Promotion: I know how to create a buzz and use different channels to make sure students of DAU, as well as in some events, non-DAU students are excited to attend our events.
Good Communication: I can clearly share ideas and listen to others, which is essential for smooth teamwork and planning.
Interest in Artwork: My genuine passion for the arts and culture will help the committee.
Polite and Patient: I can handle stressful situations calmly and work respectfully with everyone involved.
My Commitments to the Committee…
- I will collaborate to make people aware of our events and encourage them to participate.
- I can help promote events through social media or through my contacts.
- I can help with bargaining and maintaining relationships with sponsors to secure our funding.
- I can help manage on-ground activities during events.
- I will ensure there is strong coordination with all committee members, as it is a must.
- I can help committee members design and paint backdrops.
- I am always open to learning new skills.
