“I want to improve Synapse and take it to the next level by making it more organized, enjoyable and better managed overall.”

My Focus:

1. Better Planning & Execution

I will focus on making a proper schedule with some extra buffer time so delays can be managed.

Work will be clearly divided so everyone knows what to do and confusion is reduced.

2. Entry & Security System

Instead of normal passes, we can use QR wristbands.

This will make entry faster and help prevent fake passes.

3. Gaming & Entertainment Zone

               •             Dedicated space with PS5 and multiplayer gaming setup

               •             Quick-play games for easy participation and fun breaks

               •             Proper arrangement of screens, seating, and equipment

               •             Managed separately to maintain smooth event flow

               •            It gives students something to do if they are not participating.

4 Team Structure & Work Distribution

               •             Clear role division between coordinators and core members

               •             Defined responsibilities for each team

               •             Proper workload distribution for efficient execution

               •             Strong coordination system between teams

               •             Quick response and better control during events

5.PR & Outreach Expansion

               •             Expand PR activities beyond Rajkot and Charusat

               •             Increase participation by connecting with more colleges

               •             Create better visibility of Synapse in different regions

               •             Build stronger inter-college engagement.
