Here’s how I plan to contribute:
We can implement a Peer-to-Peer Mock Interview program which pairs placed seniors with juniors for practice. Insights from Post Interview Feedback of good performers will also be shared.
We can implement better monitoring systems, like the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) and other monitoring extensions.
Companies visiting for the current job market roles such as Data Science, Finance, Electronics, and DevOps are currently limited. The aim is to expand the recruiter list for these fields, ensuring more opportunities for everyone.
It is pretty essential to have a good connection within the batch. I assure you that I’ll be reachable anytime.
