Issues: -

• As we launched events and promoted them through the official Synapse page, it would be more effective to add event description and prize pools in caption. This way people can get idea about the event through the page. It will help to reach wider audience.

• For event sponsorship, we can look for sponsors before launching the event. If prizes include hampers, we can mention this clearly in the prize pool.

• For accommodation, we can create a group chat to communicate with girls living in hostels and PGs and keep everyone informed directly.

• Low participation of female students

Experience: -

• Worked as an Extended Core Member in Synapse ’26, served as a volunteer on gate and hostel accommodation, and coordinator for event Tales N’ Trails.

• Managed public in school functions.

• I also went to outstations for PR work, which helped me improve my audience outreach. 

Motive: -

• Working with the committee will help me improve my communication skills. I will ensure to complete every task given to me diligently and smoothly. I have also learned teamwork and coordinate with members them and I will look forward to doing more of the same.
