CURRENT ISSUES : -
- There is a noticeable lack of girls' participation in sports activities.
- There is a limited level of awareness and understaning regarding sports and fitness among students.
PROPOSED SOLUTIONS TO SOLVE THE ABOVE ISSUES : -
- Organizing exclusive sports events for girls can provide a more comfortable and encouraging environment, helping to boost confidence and increase their participation in various sports activites.
- Organizing sports and interactive workshops or awareness sessions on sports and fitness.
INITIATIVES : -
- Efforts should be made to bring in experienced and qualified coaches for competitve and tactical sports such as cricket,volleyball and football etc to enhance the overall training and performance.
- Establishing a feedback system where students can regularly share issues related to sports facilites and management.
WHY SHOULD YOU VOTE ME?
- I worked as Concours' Coordinator 25' for football.
- I went to PR for Concours’25.
- Participated in Nirma cup and PDEU cup with DAU Volleyball team.
- Most importantly,I will always keep the Sports Committee over everything else and work really hard and contribute to make each and every event as successful as it can be.
