Issues to be tackled:

    ● Limited student participation and engagement across events.

    ● Lack of audience at photobooth. 

    ● Traffic can be controllled more efficiently to prevent overcrowding at entry.

     
Initiatives:

    ● Promote upcoming events through engaging reels to increase participation for minor events.
    ● For tarang, contact popular influencers near Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad for higher publicity in the area.
    ● Invite students from other colleges (especially designing colleges) for campus decoration by offering small incentives.             

         

 

    ● Previous cultural committee core member.   

    ● Fit in well with the current members of the committee. 

    ● On ground and PR experience in Tarang.
