Who Am I ?:

 I am PADMANI KARAN N. from 1st year ICT Branch contesting for the Annual Festival Committee's Election.

❖ Contribution in Synapse’26 and past experience: -

• Extended core member.

• main gate department.

• Volunteering in on-field work whenever the need arose.

• Event co-ordinator of hunger hikes.

• Sponsorship and PR.

•work in pre-synapse.

❖ Issues: -

1.     In the previous event, the artist cancelled suddenly, resulting in mismanagement and   dissatisfaction among students. I aim to ensure such issues do not happen again.

2.     Several events began later than scheduled, leading to mismanagement, rushed activities, and dissatisfaction among students.

❖ solutions: -

1.     To prevent last-time artist cancellations, I will suggest signed contracts, verified agency     coordination, backup performers, and strict pre-event confirmation. This guarantees a smooth, reliable and enjoyable event experience for all students.

2.     To ensure events never start late, I will implement strict time slots, a dedicated time-management team, early setups, participant reporting deadlines, real-time coordination, technical backups, and accountable event leadership—ensuring every event starts on time, every single time.

❖ Scope of improvement:-

my suggestion to enhance student participation by offering special celebrity interaction opportunities to winners of events.
