CURRENT ISSUES :
●Lack of cleanliness in and around the canteen due to littering by students.
●Difficulty in walking on the path from the canteen to the seating area during the monsoon season.
●Limited usability of seating areas during monsoon due to lack of covered pathways connecting the canteen to all seating                sections.
●Absence of handwash at washbasins, leading to improper hygiene practices.


INITIATIVES :
●Management should regularly monitor and empty overflowing dustbins.
●Introduce additional hanging dustbins and use polythene liners in all bins to improve waste collection and reduce littering.
●Install temporary plastic roofing/sheds along the pathway during the monsoon to provide shelter and ensure convenient                movement.
●The seating issue will be partially resolved with covered pathways, allowing students to access more seating areas comfortably        during the monsoon.
●Rearrangement of seating benches in certain areas, as circular benches occupy more space compared to linear (straight) seating.
●Install handwash dispensers or placing  at washbasins on both sides of the canteen to promote proper hygiene.

●I ensure smooth negotiating with the staff and administrators.
●Being on campus most of the time I am easily available,hear your issues quickly and can directly take actions as soon as possible.
