? Who Am I:

ü  I am Tushar Rathod from 1st year ICT Branch contesting for the Annual Festival Committee's Election.

New initiatives:

·       A screen which shows event timings, venues, event winners, delays, etc.

·       Boost college student participation in Hackout.

·       Introduce a Shark Tank-style event in collaboration with the Business Club.

·       Taking feedback from students regarding Synapse’s Event.

·       Youtube and Instagram live during peak moments of the event.

Problems noticed:

Ø  Late approval of merchandise designs resulted in last-minute changes and insufficient production time.

Ø  Mismatch in participant count and room allocation caused accommodation issues.

Ø  Low participation and time constraints affected Campus Design execution.

Proposed solutions:

ü  Finalize merchandise designs early with student feedback to ensure enough time for improvements.

ü  Ensure prior verification of participant count and room allocation for hassle-free accommodation management.

ü  Promote Campus Design more actively to encourage greater participation and excitement among students.
