Contesting for: Annual Festival Committee

New initiatives:

  1. Behind the scenes: We should release a vlog of BEHIND THE SCENES of synapse, showing actually what goes into making of synapse.
  2. T shirt competition: We can organise T-shirt designing competition prior to the event to make the T-shirt look better.

Problems noticed:

  1. Major delay in events.
  2. Vehicles/taxis stopping in front of the gate at prime time.
  3. Volunteer burnout due to long shifts without a clear rotation or 'relief' system.

Proposed solutions:

     1. Create a centralized real-time dashboard for event leads.

     2. Dedicated no stopping signs at the gate, also spread awarness before hand.

     3. We can create "Buddy pairs" for volunteers, so that no volunteer has to deal with high pressure situation alone.

Why vote for me?

     1. Volunteered in youth-run(main gate),hackout(on-gate/call) and pre-synapse'25(production).

     3. Was promoted to extended-core for SYNAPSE(on gate).
