Problems faced:
Limited Participation in the events.
Initiatives:
Ensure organizing more correlated fun events, other interactive activities and competitions in coordination with other clubs and committees especially on weekends and before festivals to improve student participation. Eg. Fresher’s Talent Showcase - a dedicated stage for first-year students to shine. Introduce days such as traditional day, formal day, etc.
Try to conduct a big scale event or something new that hasn’t been done yet, if possible backed by external sponsorships.
Supervising and ensuring smooth functioning and execution of major events that require a great deal of management, expenses, etc.
