ACADEMIC COMMITTEE

NAME:  RAMARAJU B

CODE:  202501082

PROPOSED INITIATIVES & SOLUTIONS:

1. The Unified Student-Committee Portal: Data-Driven Governance

I will implement a centralized, AI-integrated ecosystem to bridge the gap between students and administration through four core pillars:

Ask Anything, Anytime: An AI module providing instant answers to academic and college-life questions, removing the hesitation of contacting committee members for minor details.

Live Digital Logbook: Replacing manual registers with a real-time data-concentration system.

Unrestricted Issue-Response: A transparent, two-way mechanism featuring polls and rapid problem-solving for wide-access communication between students and committee.

Co-circular Tab: For event confirmation and attendance feedback.

Earn Your Recognition: The "Wall of Fame" will publicly appraise students with top-tier co-curricular attendance, incentivizing a more active campus culture.

Solution: Made the issue portal and will be live within this week.

2. The End-Sem Paper Review & Update Initiative

I will advocate for a formal "Review Fortnight" at the start of every semester to finalize previous End-Sem results:

1.     Direct Review: Professors will display corrected scripts in the first 14 days of the new semester, allowing students to verify their performance.

2.     Automated Feedback Loop: We will develop a standardized system where any mark rectification is followed by an official email confirmation from the professor to the student, serving as a digital receipt of the update.

Solution: Contact all the professors after having a discussion with academic committee members and contact Dean AP for making it a smooth and efficient procedure.

3. RI Policy: Early Information & Collaborative Feedback

I will eliminate the "last-minute stress" of Rural Internships by enforcing a proactive notification system:

Early Allocation: Students will receive their RI details three months prior to departure, allowing ample time to settle on locations and logistics.

Collaborative Policy Review: Before any RI policy is frozen, there will be a dedicated window for the student body to provide feedback and request amendments, ensuring the policy is fair and practical.

4. Weekly Attendance Transparency & Redressal

I will implement a 7-day mandatory update cycle for all lecture attendance to ensure an error-free and responsive system:

Real-Time Monitoring: Attendance will be uploaded weekly, allowing students to track their status constantly and maintain the required threshold without "end-sem surprises."

Rapid Correction: A dedicated weekly window to report and fix discrepancies immediately, ensuring errors are resolved while the proof is fresh, rather than at the end of the semester.

Solution: Contacting Dean-AP.

WHY VOTE FOR ME?

I don’t just raise problems — I bring solutions to the table.

Before writing a single promise here, I built the issue portal. Before asking for your vote, I had already spoken to committee members. Every initiative above has an action already attached to it.

The gap in most student governance isn’t a lack of good ideas — it’s the distance between a manifesto and a result. I intend to close that gap. You deserve a representative who treats your time, your grades, and your campus experience with the same urgency you do.

Vote for accountability. Vote for follow-through. Vote for someone who’s already started.
