I propose creating a structured system where seniors and alumni who have secured internships or placements share their preparation strategies, resources, and experiences. This will ensure that every student, regardless of their connections, has equal access to reliable guidance and can prepare in a more focused and informed manner.

 

 

     I propose organising a structured Resume and LinkedIn Development Program focused on continuous improvement and personalised feedback. Students will build professional, role-specific resumes and optimised LinkedIn profiles through multiple review cycles with seniors and alumni.

This initiative will help students present their skills effectively, improve their visibility to recruiters, and increase their chances of securing internships and job opportunities.
