Annual Festival Committee Manifesto

Hello everyone, my name is Harsh Keshri, I am from BTech ICT {ID - 202501049}. I am standing before you as a candidate for the Annual festival Committee.

Observed Challenges within the Annual Festival Committee:

• During the Hackout event, it was observed that participants encountered significant temperature issues and found several non-functional electrical sockets within the Lecture Theater while the hackathon was in progress.

• Releasing official Merch only two weeks before the fest limits its promotional value and compromises design and production quality due to tight deadlines.

• Clash in timings of Events during Synapse.
  
  

Proposed Strategic Improvements:

• To fix these issues, we will conduct a Pre-Event Audit of the Lecture Theater. Every electrical socket will be tested beforehand, and we will provide extension boards at every table to ensure all participants have power. Additionally, we will arrange for table fans in the hall to maintain a comfortable environment throughout the hackathon.                                                   

• Shift the merchandise release to at least one month before the fest to serve as the official commencement of PR, allowing sufficient time for high-quality design and maximizing sales.and campus brand visibility.

Past Experience :

• Served as a member of the Extended Core Team for Synapse '26, managing operations and crowd control at the Main Gate.

• Gained hands-on experience in PR outreach and campus design.

• Volunteered for i-Fest.
