Current Challenges:

• The Grading Policy – Professors are often not transparent about the grades we receive at the end of the semester. The grading policy should be clearly communicated and made transparent for every course from the beginning. 
• Students are often not provided with their evaluated answer sheets after assessments.
• In several instances, lectures extend significantly beyond their officially scheduled duration. This disrupts students’ overall timetable, affects subsequent classes, and leads to fatigue and reduced productivity.
• Attendance records are not always properly maintained or regularly shared with students on a weekly or biweekly basis, leading to a lack of transparency.
  
  

Why Me?

• I have strong communication skills, which will help me effectively bridge the gap between students and professors.
• I can effectively communicate with professors and ensure that students’ concerns are clearly conveyed and addressed.
• I am well-connected with students, and they feel comfortable approaching me, which helps me better understand and represent their concerns.
• I will work towards creating a centralized drive for each semester, which will include important study materials such as books, slides and other important academic resources. 

I am committed to bringing practical, transparent, and student-focused improvements to make our academic system better for everyone.
