Initiatives:

1.      Introduce at least one real-world project to provide hands-on experience. Will try that we have a good weightage project in 1-2 subjects.

2.      Enhance alumni interaction through a more active LinkedIn group and try to organize one interactive alumni session per semester exclusively for MNC students.

3.      Try to introduce a better course structure for juniors by having C and C++ in Semester-1 and Java in Semester-2, making learning easier.

4.      Work towards providing more sample-question papers and study material similar to actual exam patterns to help students prepare effectively.

5.      I will make every effort to streamline the schedule and create a more effective timetable that maintains students' capacity while addressing classes that exceed their allotted time.

6.       Ensure regular attendance is maintained and displayed daily for transparency.

Why Me?

1. Well-connected with professors, including MNC coordinator Prof. Sunitha and Prof. Jayprakash, reflecting a close and informal bond.
2. Good relations with TAs— negotiated attendance criteria in LA.
3. Have scheduled  extra - classes and other  events based on students  convenience while working to reduce hectic schedules.

4         4.      I have promptly assisted each and everyone who approached me and effectively solved their problems.

5.  I personally know each and every student and they feel comfortable coming to me as well.

I am committed to making academics more structured, manageable, and engaging for all students.
