I am currently in my B.Tech 2nd year of MnC branch and I am contesting in the SPC elections to serve and support the student community.
I want to join the Student Placement Cell because I want to contribute to the student community by helping organize structured activities like mock interviews and resources for placement preparation so that students feel more confident and prepared.
I enjoy working in a team and I am willing to take responsibility and put consistent efforts for tasks assigned to me as a part of the team.
AI-Based Mock Interviews : Have partnership with an AI-based mock interview system where students can practice interviews independently through an online platform which covers technical interviews, HR interviews, and communication practice. Compulsory 2 mock interviews for all the students appearing in the placement drive.
Providing Placement Preparation Resources : Establish a repository where placed students have to submit structured feedback and experience about their recruitment process which will include questions asked in different rounds, resources used by the placed students during their preparation and any tips or suggestions. This information will be stored in a centralized system and made accessible to other students for their preparation.
